You can pay for your order:
 - with a Visa, MasterCard card in the terminal (in the warehouse of the store) Bonus +,
- in cash (in the warehouse of the store, courier delivery)),
- after placing an order on the website (Privat24), the details are sent to the mail specified in the order after processing by the manager,
- cash on delivery (Nova Poshta).

We promptly deliver electronic components and accessories throughout Ukraine.

Delivery Methods

Our primary logistics partner is Nova Post. During checkout, you can select one of the following options:

To a Nova Post branch

The optimal choice for orders of any volume, weight, and value.

To a Nova Post parcel locker (postomat)

A fast, contactless way to receive small parcels (subject to standard size and value limitations).

Address delivery by courier

A Nova Post courier will deliver your package directly to the door of your office, service center, production facility, or home.

Local pickup

Directly from our warehouse facility in Khmelnytskyi.

Dispatch schedule: All orders are shipped on the same day, provided that funds are credited to the account before 5 pm (except Saturdays and Sundays). Orders completed after this time will be shipped on the following business day.

Specialized Packaging for Electronic Components

We fully understand that microchips, diodes, transistors, and other semiconductor components are extremely sensitive to mechanical stress, electrostatic discharge (ESD), and moisture. Therefore, our warehouse team strictly complies with safe packaging standards:

  • Antistatic Protection (ESD): Electrostatic-sensitive devices and PCBs are packed in specialized antistatic shielding bags or protective rails/tapes whenever required.
  • Damage Prevention: All positions are securely cushioned and wrapped in heavy-duty bubble wrap to prevent shifting.
  • Rigid Box Packaging: We utilize thick, durable corrugated cardboard boxes for transportation to protect the components from crushing during transit.

Tracking & Receiving Your Shipment

Tracking Number (TTN)

Immediately after your package is scanned by the courier service, we will send an email containing your waybill/tracking number.

Shipping Costs

Delivery fees are calculated according to the carrier's standard tariffs (Nova Post) and are paid by the recipient (the average cost is 90 UAH for city branches and 120 UAH for parcel lockers or remote locations).

Inspection upon Receipt

Please always verify the physical integrity of the box and check its contents directly at the branch or in the presence of the courier. In the rare event of transit damage, please file an official damage claim (act-pretension) immediately with the logistics representative.
