Flux paste for soldering AG TermoPasty Pasta do lutowania

Pasta do lutowania is a soldering flux in the form of a paste, with medium activity from the Polish company AG TermoPasty, known for its quality.

Flux paste is used for soldering copper, silver, galvanized and nickel-plated parts.

Pasta do lutowania characteristic:

- Pasty viscous mass;

- Paste melting temperature: 30-45°C;

- Operating temperature: 200-350°C;

- Let's combine with solder: tin-lead, lead-free;

- You can remove flux residues: galosh gasoline, PCB cleaner (alcohol-gasoline), special cleaning mixtures (all this you can find in our online store);

- Recommended for mounting elements in BGA, PGA, PLCC, QFP, CSP packages.
