Features
Description
Acid-free flux based on absolute isopropyl alcohol. The content of water and other impurities in it does not exceed 0.5%. The average resistance between tracks at 0.5mm pitch is usually close to 10 MΩ. Given the high residual resistance, it can be used when soldering high-voltage, high-resistance, high-frequency circuits. Soldering boards with this flux is quite difficult. Therefore, it is still preferable to use flux F1 (4.5 MΩ), which is an order of magnitude more active, and wash off the flux residues with a PCB cleaner (see below).
