Description
KR142EN1A microcircuits are compensation-type voltage stabilizers with adjustable output voltage of positive polarity and a load current of 150 mA.
They have protection against short circuits and overloads and a circuit for remote shutdown by an external signal. An external divider is used to adjust the output voltage.
