MINI PowerBANK with LED indicator with USB output 5V 1A

The MINI PowerBANK module is a DC voltage boost converter. Based on this module, you can assemble a portable PowerBANK with LED indication. Also, the module can be used as a conventional charger for lithium-ion batteries.

The module board contains MicroUSB and USB connectors. The input voltage is supplied to the MicroUSB connector. Accordingly, the output voltage is supplied to the USB connector. The value of the output voltage is 5 V. The charge current is 1 A. The efficiency (efficiency) of the module is up to 85%. A feature of MINI PowerBANK is the presence of protection against short circuit (short circuit), which is triggered at a current strength of 1.5 A.

There is an LED indicator on the module board, which signals the state of charge (when charging, the indicator glows red). It is recommended to connect from 2 lithium-ion batteries.

Batteries are connected using 2 pins. Module pin assignments:

B+: battery supply voltage
B-: battery common wire
USB: output voltage 5V (1A)
MicroUSB: input voltage 5V (1A)

The module is powered by a laptop, PC or an external 5V power supply.
