Description

The sensor emits an infrared signal and then picks up the reflection of this infrared signal from the surface. Depending on the type and color of the surface, the intensity of the reflected signal changes. From this intensity, you can roughly judge the shades of the color of the surface, it can also be used as a Hall sensor to determine the speed of rotation. It consists of a LED emitting light in the infrared range and a phototransistor. Working distance 12mm.
