Integrated circuit of the TTL series.

The K155RU7 microcircuits are a 1024 bit random access memory (1024 words x 1 bit) with control circuits.
The IS performs the following functioning algorithms: writing, storing, reading information with an arbitrary sequence of addresses.
Contains 7500 integral elements.
