Zener diodes KS191F silicon, epitaxial, low power, precision, class 0.02.
Designed to stabilize the nominal voltage of 9.1 V in the stabilization current range of 3...20 mA with high requirements for voltage stability in the temperature range of -60...+100 °C in digital measuring instruments and other precision equipment.
