It is mainly used to control the bottom heating of BGA soldering stations, it is used in many fairly expensive soldering stations... Programmable high temperature PID (PID) temperature controller thermostat REX-C100FK02-M. Supports work with ten types of thermocouples and thermal resistances. The PID controller allows you to maintain the set temperature as accurately as possible. The REX-C100 PID thermostat is used to accurately maintain the temperature setpoint over a temperature range in process applications. A wide range of supported sensors allows this regulator to be equally well used in both domestic and industrial processes. The single-channel PID thermostat is made in a compact black plastic case. To display information, two LED four-digit indicators are used, designated PV (current value, red), SV (set value, green). 4 LEDs are also used (ALM1 – alarm output operation indicator; OUT1 – control output operation indicator; АТ – PID automatic control mode indicator). To control the thermostat, 4 buttons are used, which are located on the front panel. The designation of the buttons "SET" (switching settings), "left" (switching the digit), "down" (decrease the value), "up" (increase the value). The device during use can switch between two modes "Operation" and "Setting". In the "Operation" mode, the thermostat takes measurements and regulates the temperature in accordance with the set parameters. In the "Settings" mode, you can set 35 necessary parameters and constants. A description of the setup process is in the instructions attached below. To turn on the "Setting" mode, it is necessary to hold the "SET" button pressed for 3 seconds, the inscription AL1 will appear on the PV indicator. The transition between the parameters is made by the “SET” button, setting the values of the selected parameter with the buttons: “left” (switching the digit), “down” (decreasing the value), “up” (increasing the value). Confirmation of the set value of the parameter is carried out by the “SET” button. To switch to the "Work" mode, you need to press and hold the "SET" button for 3 seconds, or wait 30 seconds and the device will do it automatically. The PID thermostat REX-C100 has a relay output that can switch the power supply circuit of a heating or cooling device. The maximum switching current of the relay is 3A at a voltage of 240V AC. To work with the thermostat, it is necessary to connect a temperature sensor, connect the switched circuit to pins 3, 4, 5 (pins 3-5 are normally closed), then connect the power supply 100 - 240V AC to pins 1 and 2.
