The output voltage is adjusted using a trimmer resistor. To debug the required value of the output voltage, you must connect a multimeter to the terminals of the converter and adjust the output voltage by smoothly switching the potentiometer. You can also use a digital voltmeter, etc. to debug the voltage. The green LED, which is connected to the power bus, signals the value of the output voltage. The converter board is designed on the basis of a pulse converter, a trimmer, an LM358 operational amplifier and other auxiliary components. The operating frequency of the voltage converter is 300 kHz, and the efficiency (coefficient of performance) of the converter is 95%.

When using a load current greater than 12A, it is necessary to replace the installed heatsink with a more powerful cooling device. The radiator is attached to the microcircuit case. For safety reasons, it is recommended to install insulation between the heatsink and the chip case.

The module has protection against short circuit and overheating. To protect against polarity reversal, a diode or a diode bridge can be installed on the input terminal block.
