HC-SR505 miniature infrared motion sensor
The mini IR motion sensor "HC-SR505" is made in a frameless version and is designed to be embedded in various devices (for example, in a home security system), which is easy to do, given its miniature size.
This pyroelectric sensor has a passive principle of operation, it is triggered when a person moves, while the signal at its output is present for about 8 seconds. You can connect the sensor to the Arduino digital input or to the load through a power switch on a field-effect or bipolar transistor.
The infrared sensor can be used in lamps for automatically turning on the light, security devices or other automation.
The sensor is connected from 3 outputs. The VCC and GND outputs are used to supply voltage, and the S pin is used to transmit digital signals.
