LM2596 DC-DC buck step-down adjustable converter with voltmeter
The module is a miniature step-down switching regulated power supply based on the National Semiconductor LM2596 chip. The device is capable of operating in a wide input voltage range of 4-40V, and provides an output voltage of 1.25-35V, only 3V less than the input voltage with high conversion efficiency. The output voltage is controlled using a multi-turn resistor on the device board. The module can be used as a laboratory power supply, a battery charger, a power supply or charger for mobile devices in a car, etc.
The voltage is displayed on the display, with an accuracy of ± 0.1 volts, in the range of 0~40 Volts. The display mode of the input or output voltage on the voltmeter can be selected using the button. For the voltmeter to work correctly, the input voltage must be above 4 V.
