Stepper motor with gearbox 28BYJ-48 5V
The 4-phase stepper motor is the basis of precision robotics. Unlike constant rotation motors, one revolution of a stepper motor consists of many micro-movements, which are called steps.
There are two suspension lugs on the motor housing for fixing on the surface.
The stepper motor is controlled by programs written in the Arduino controller or in another microcontroller.
The gear ratio of the gearbox is 64:1, which allows you to get quite decent torque for a motor of this size at a speed of about 15 rpm. With some software tricks for gradual acceleration, more than 25 rpm can be reached.
