The parcel is delivered to the post office in 3-7 days from the date of dispatch. Shipping is done three times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday). If you have not received a notification from the mail, you can check the status of the parcel by the number of the declaration. Nova Poshta: Delivery to the branch of "Nova Poshta" in your city. You can find out the declaration number in the details of your order in the "Personal Account" on our website or in an e-mail that is sent to you by mail on the day the order is sent. If you did not specify the warehouse number when placing your order, your parcel will be sent to warehouse No. 1 in your city. Payment for delivery is made at the time of receipt of the receipt of the parcel at the "Nova Poshta"

The parcel at the Nova Poshta branch is stored for up to 5 business days.
